Sarah was a fantastic host! She provided clear instructions and all the information I needed for a smooth arrival at the Airbnb after lots of running around with the kids. The unit itself was very clean and well-kept, and the bunk beds were a big hit with my girls! I would definitely rebook if I’m ever visiting the area again.

We really enjoyed our stay. Place was just as described and in a great location. The house is spacious and comfortable. It's in a wonderful spot right off the main street with lots of shops and restaurants in walking distance. Our in-laws live in New Braunfels and we are always looking for good places to stay and would definitely come again!

Sarah’s place was wonderful. The house is so nice and all the local shops are right there. The noise was real and to be expected for an urban home close to restaurants, but they did a great job with noise machine. Beds were super comfy. From someone who travels frequently and has stayed at hundreds of similar places, this one tops the list! Highly recommend!

The Greenbelt was so unique in its location and charm. The house was in the perfect spot for us to explore downtown New Braunfels. Do make sure that, if you're staying on the weekend, you utilize the white noise machine for little ones because there was a live dj playing late into the night. Overall, we would stay again!

We were only there for one night (in town for holiday Xmas party), but we really enjoyed our stay. We chose for the location (in the square in downtown NB), but we didn't have to sacrifice on quality of lodging to do so. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the record player was a nice touch. We would definitely recommend to others.
